View 2013 Highlights of the District’s BAND PAGEANT by clicking on the video! Congratulations to all on a job well done! Band Pageant took place at Montgomery High School on Saturday, November 9, 2013. Participating High Schools: BVH, CVH, CPH, ELH, HH, MOH, MVH, OH, ORH, SOH, and SYH.
Participating Middle Schools: BVM, CPM, CVM, ELM, GRJ, HTM, MVM, MOM, NCM, RDM, and SOM. -
The 2013 Sweetwater Summer Theatre Institute presented MISS SAIGON School Edition, August 1-4, 2013 Music by CLAUDE-MICHEL SCHONBERG, Lyrics by RICHARD MALTBY Jr. and ALAIN BOUBLIL. Adapted form the original French lyrics by ALAIN BOUBLIL. Additional Material by RICHARD MALTBY Jr. Orchestrations by WILLIAM D. BROHN.
This musical was performed entirely by Sweetwater District students. Directed by Cynthia Stokes. Assistant Director: Rhys Green, Vocal Director: Roxanne Ronacher, Choreographer: Valerie Ingram, Music Director: Russ Sperling, Set Designer: Chuck Batchman, Theater Manager: Keith Davis, and Sound Designer: Eusevio Cordoba.
