10th Annual DMS
2018 District Digital Media Showcase was Thursday, May 3rd, 2018 at 6 p.m. Location: Otay Ranch High School Pavilion (1250 Olympic Parkway, Chula Vista, CA 91913)
Free admission.
The tenth annual Digital Media Showcase featured student work created in digital media classes throughout the Sweetwater Union High School District. Student work in photography, computer art, graphic design, video, and music technology is celebrated. Industry professionals judge the submissions and awards are given to the top entries. Over 500 student works were entered this year!

2015 Digital Media Showcase
2015 Digital Media Showcase was Thursday, April 30th at 6:00 p.m. at Otay Ranch High School’s Pavilion. Over 50 flash drive awards were presented by VAPA Director, Jeff Kover and 6 iPad mini awards by the Tobacco Use Prevention Education program’s representative, Gale Marshburn. A special award was presented by Manuel Rubio, Director of Grants and Communications to Olympian High’s KOHS News, teacher Mr. Exum for the Best School News Production of the year!
Congratulations to all participants and teachers for submitting over 400 outstanding works! Special thanks to our Digital Media Committee Chair Kelly Hamilton for organizing and hosting this event and to all the teachers that helped behind the scenes.

Sweetwater Authority’s 2015 High School Photo Contest
Students in our community competed in the Sweetwater Authority’s Annual High School Photo Contest. Students won cash prizes and had their winning photography published in an annual calendar which is sent to residents in the Sweetwater Authority distribution area.
